How to prepare sketch

Step 1: From a Birds-Eye view, sketch the rough shape of the kitchen onto a piece of paper.

Step 2: Measure the WALLS in the kitchen area. Ignore existing benchtops as only room dimensions are needed.

Step 3: If any windows, weasure width of window and distance from a certain wall.

Step 4: If you would like to keep Electrical or Plumbing in same position, measure distance of sink waste and cooktop from certain wall.

3D Design Service

After taking the measurements as per the sample shown, make notes of any other relevant items in the kitchen area: vertical plumbing stack (apartments), hot water system, fuse box, gas meter etc.

When creating the design for you, we will aim to utilise fillers included in the package to provide some margin for error. That way 10-15mm measuring mistakes should not be critical.

It is always a good idea to take a few photos, so your designer can cross-reference important items on your sketch. With all this information collected, we should be able to create a functional, budget kitchen for your area with our package and some extra elements if necessary.

Email your sketch and photos to info@KitchenUnder2k.com.au, send SMS to 0488 515 688, or Visit our Showroom Today.
